Under construction. Public at 1,000 connections

One action flows through two administrations at once.

One approved business connection between two workspaces, and your sales invoice automatically becomes your client's purchase invoice. The payment status follows, the audit trail matches on both sides, nobody retypes anything.

Progress to public map

An empty network page works against us. At 1,000 active connections this page becomes a live map of who-works-with-whom.

of 1,000

Every client link that a workspace adds brings the network closer to activation. Currently used by early adopters; public at 1,000+.

How business connection works

Two workspaces, one approved link, two sides of the same administration.

Workspace A

sends invoice

Connection

mutual approval

Mirror

invoice ↔ expense

Paid sync

Mollie webhook

Audit trail

HMAC chain both

Mirror sync

Invoice to A becomes expense at B. Mutual approval on the link, no blind sending.

Paid status syncs

Mollie-paid on A triggers paid status update at B. Audit trail on both sides.

Digital agreements

ProjectAgreement HMAC with mutual approval. Immutable after APPROVED, supersededBy on change.

Group overview (beta)

Holding and subsidiaries visible cross-tenant without data leaking. The engine is in place, the UI keeps rolling out in beta.

Who benefits from this

Three scenarios where business connection makes the difference between 3× retyping and 1× clicking.

Agency-to-agency

Agencies that invoice each other

Marketing agency in Amsterdam hires a design studio in Rotterdam. Both run on RighettiOS. One approved connection, and the invoice automatically becomes a purchase invoice on the other side. No email attachments, no manual entry.

Group + subsidiaries

Holdings with subsidiaries (beta)

Holding in the Netherlands with subsidiaries elsewhere in the EU. Each subsidiary has its own workspace and its own ledger. Inter-company invoices run via the connection. The holding sees the roll-up without data leaking. The group overview is in beta: the engine is in place, the UI keeps rolling out.

Client + accountant

Accountant-client link

Accountant has own workspace, clients each have theirs. Connection gives accountant scoped access to client's finance data. No Excel emails, no Dropbox stacks.

Find companies in the network

Available once the 1,000 connections threshold is reached. Until then: direct connection via invite link in your workspace.

Search activates at the network launch. Until then there is no index: privacy comes first.

Add your company

Start a workspace, invite your first client or supplier, and your connection counts towards the network launch. The sooner we reach 1,000, the sooner this page goes live.

Your data lives in Europe (Hetzner, Germany), you always keep export, and pricing is fixed. No lock-in, no surprises.

Frequently asked questions

Why only public at 1,000 connections?+

A nearly empty network works against itself. Prospects conclude "nobody uses this" and drop off. At 1,000 connections the visualisation has enough mass to show the value network.

What is a "connection"?+

A mutually approved link between two workspaces, where both sides have ticked "link". Only then do they share administration data via the mirror pattern.

What data is shared?+

Only invoice lines and payment status, for the mirror sync (invoice ↔ purchase invoice). No contact details, no client data, no finance history. The audit log shows every sync action on both sides.

Can I stay incognito?+

Yes. Per workspace you set `connectionVisibility`: public (visible on network map) or private (only via direct link). Default: private.

What about cross-border? Does it work across the EU?+

RighettiOS is live in the Netherlands and Belgium and prepared for 30 EU countries. A cross-border link automatically determines the right VAT (reverse charge on intra-community services) and language, and generates the e-invoice in the correct EU format (such as Peppol or XRechnung). Submission to government channels is partner- and certification-dependent per country. Each side keeps its own ledger.

How do I revoke a connection?+

One click in Settings → Connections → Revoke. Both sides get notified. Previously synced data stays (invoice/expense remain), but new syncs stop immediately.

Does a connection cost extra?+

No. Included in all plans (Free/Solo/Team/Enterprise). No quotas, no per-connection fee.
