One click "send invoice" posts the journal entry, the VAT and the stock, creates the Mollie payment link, generates the e-invoice, mirrors the purchase invoice at your client, fires the webhook and writes the audit row — atomically.
From hours to paid invoice
Approved hours become invoice lines in one click, split per rate. The invoice posts itself to the ledger; the Mollie payment matches back to the bank. No export, no double entry.
Lead → client → project
A won lead becomes a client in one step — all contacts carried over, portal-ready — and can scaffold a project right away with its own Drive folder and chat channel. The chain flows on without retyping anything.
